Pet Grief Counseling
Losing a pet can be one of the most difficult times we experience emotionally. It is no different than losing a family member, and yet people who don't own pets may not understand. There is no shame in grieving for a beloved animal companion and talking through any unresolved issues can be very helpful. Please get in touch if you are experiencing ongoing grief after losing a pet.

Who should take this class?
Dogs and cats are the most popular pets in America and many suffer from the same issues that their humans struggle with e.g. stress, anxiety, obsessive behaviors, and obesity, to name a few. If you are an owner of an anxious pet, or you are struggling to cope with or understand a pet's unwanted behavior, then this class is for you!
What is the class about?
I have often been told by clients who listen to my mp3 recordings with their dogs or cats in the room that their pets find my voice soothing and relaxing. This course covers the basics of animal behavior, working with specific problems in dogs and cats (stress and anxiety), and provides practical tools and techniques for improving your relationship with your pets and reducing stress levels for all concerned. You will receive mp3 recordings to use at home and there will be Q&A time in each session.
