Foundations of Hypnosis $795
Stand alone, online course
Two Saturdays (15 hours total)
This online module counts toward the NGH Certification Program.
Each online weekend is 15 hours total (7.5 hours/day)
Daily schedule is designed so you don't have to sit in front of your computer for more than a couple of hours at a stretch!

Month 1: Foundations of hypnosis 1

Theory, ethics, scope of practice, brain and nervous system basics, emotional needs framework
Month 2: Foundations of hypnosis 2

Inductions & deepeners, best methods of Elman & Erickson, how to structure and conduct a complete hypnosis session, how to use scripts and how to hypnotize without scripts
Month 3: How to work with clients, running a business

Nicotine cessation, weight release, pain management, anxiety & stress reduction, sleep, intro to medical/dental hypnosis, working with special groups
